Our Teaching Philosophy 〰️
Personalized Learning
Instruction adapts to each student’s strengths, interests, and goals.
Evidence-Based Teaching
Learning strategies are grounded in educational research — not trends.
Measurable Progress
Regular assessments and data tracking guide instruction so students and families can see their growth over time
Educational Services
-
Whether a student needs support catching up, staying ahead, or mastering advanced concepts, instruction is tailored to their learning style and academic goals. We help students with:
organization
time management
planning long-term projects
prioritization
task initiation
study habits
test anxiety
self-advocacy
All sessions incorporate teaching strategies informed by Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and evidence-based educational research. Teaching them lifelong skills applicable outside of the classroom.
-
Our test preparation goes beyond standard practice questions and memorization. Students will learn:
proven test-taking strategies
critical thinking skills
efficient problem-solving
pacing and timing techniques
targeted review assignments based on practice test performance data
Parents will receive weekly updates, and data to demonstrate & visualize student growth.
-
For students who crave deeper learning, we design long-term projects based on their curiosity and interest. Many students finish with portfolio-quality work that can be shared in competitions, college applications, or personal portfolios.
Eliotte has helped over 100 students accomplish larger academic projects, with over 90 publishing their work in high school science journals, and presenting at science fairs such as ISEF.
Below are some of Eliotte’s previous student’s work:
